In order to return any item from AetrexFoot.com you will have to fill the Return Authorization Form here, print it and put your order id as your authorization number. We will not accept any item returned without the Return Authorization Form. It is your responsibility to send the product with it.

Returns and Refunds of Delivery:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders.
Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only but, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
We do not refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

Items have to be returned in their original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning that you received the wrong product).
Exchange policy: To exchange an item you have to fill the Return Authorization Form here,. and print it. Put your order id as your authorization number. Please describe your exchange details a note including your order number and the new size for the exchange. And $5.00 money order/cashier's check to cover the Shipping & Handling for the replacement.
